Turning 65 Checklist: About 6 Months Before Your 65th Birthday
Medicare Doesn’t Cover Everything

It’s Time to Consider a Medicare Supplement Plan
With your 65th birthday just six months away, it’s time to consider your choices for plans that cover what Medicare doesn’t — things like co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles. You can enroll in a Medicare Supplement plan up to six months prior to your 65th birthday. You cannot, however, enroll in Original Medicare or Medicare Advantage until three months before your 65th birthday.
