How to Spread the Word About Your New Service
4 Free Resources to Market Your Medicare Help
As a Medicare BackOffice® partner, you get access to marketing materials that let your clients know you can connect them to helpful Medicare advice — advice that they want and need and that will differentiate you from other advisors. Many of these resources are easily accessible on the advisor side of www.MedicareBackOffice.com, under the “Resources” tab and its “Library” drop-down menu.

4 Marketing Resources and How to Use Them
  1. Referral cards
Customize these cards with your name and give to clients as reminders to call Medicare BackOffice and provide your name.

  2. Introduction of Medicare BackOffice letter/email
Print this letter on your letterhead or email clients to introduce them to Medicare BackOffice.
    • Choose from two versions — a conversational tone or a formal tone.
    • Tip: Enclose a referral card with the letter, so they have an easy reference handy

  3. “Guide to Medicare: Helping You Navigate the Medicare Maze”
Give electronic or print copies to prospects and clients to educate them on Medicare basics and to use the helpful checklists to gather what they need to enroll at age 65 and to review their plans annually.
    • First 10 print copies are free.
    • To request your free copies, email info@medicarebackoffice.com.
    • Tip: This is an especially effective marketing tool to attract new clients whose 65th birthday is approaching. By educating them on their initial Medicare enrollment — one of their first important decisions impacting retirement — you introduce them to your value.

  4. Open enrollment email with Medicare guide and Rx video
Every year in late summer through fall, email your Medicare-age clients this reminder to review their Medicare insurance plans during open enrollment, which is Oct. 15 through Dec. 7.
    • Includes a link to our popular Medicare guide and a video explaining the financial perils of failing to review their Medicare Part D Prescription Drug plans each year. There’s also a separate email focusing on the Part D message, if you want to send only the video.
So Many Resources … Where to Start?
We recommend you start by customizing the Medicare BackOffice referral cards. It’s simple to do. And they’re easy to stash at your desk or in your wallet so you can easily refer.
