Ads for Your Website Let Clients Self-Refer -- And You Get Credit

Medicare BackOffice® works to provide its partners with multiple ways to connect clients to Medicare help to manage their health care costs in retirement. Ads on your website, also called web banners, are one of the easiest ways. They allow clients to self-refer, while still giving partners the credit.

If you’re already a Medicare BackOffice partner, all you have to do is download our ads, post them on your website and hyperlink them using your personalized link, available behind your log-in on the Medicare BackOffice website. To find your personalized link, log in and click on “edit profile.”

How to Post Medicare BackOffice Web Banners

  1. Download the ad(s) from the Medicare BackOffice resources page
  2. Post the ad(s) to your website
  3. Hyperlink the ad(s) to the Medicare BackOffice self-referral page — https://www.medicarebackoffice.com/refer/ — using your personalized link*

*To find your link, log in to the website and click on “edit profile.”

How It Works
The link takes your clients to the self-referral form on the consumer side of the Medicare BackOffice website. After clients fill out and submit the form, the Licensed Insurance Agents at Medicare BackOffice will contact them and do a needs analysis. Because the link includes a unique tracking code, you’ll get credit for the referral when the client is issued a policy. You don’t have to call us or submit your clients’ names to get the credit.
