Oct. 15 through Dec. 7 is Medicare’s Open Enrollment Period — a critical time of year when your clients age 65 and older need to review their health care coverage to identify benefit or premium changes that can be costly if unnoticed. Tell clients about the importance of reviewing their Medicare coverage during open enrollment and refer them to the Medicare insurance specialists at Medicare BackOffice for a free annual review.
Our new referral cards are business-card-sized instructions for your clients: call the number listed (Medicare BackOffice’s) and provide the name listed — yours! (Clients must provide your name for you to get paid a referral fee if they buy a plan.) To get your free referral cards customized with your name, you simply email us with your name as you want it displayed on the referral card and the address where you want the cards shipped. We’ll cover the cost of 100 cards and shipping. This is another free service to you as Medicare BackOffice partner.
How to Use the Referral Cards
Keep a stack of the cards on your desk and hand them out to clients when you have meetings. Or carry them with you for when you have client appointments or meet potential clients.
You also can include the referral cards in a letter that you customize and mail to clients explaining the importance of reviewing their Medicare plans annually during open enrollment.
